How it Works

Step 1: Complete the form below to register your interest

Step 2: You will receive an email with a link to a webform to collect some further information including your regular availability and preferences

Step 3: Lewis will give you a call to discuss the travel fee based on your postcode, and to book your first lesson in

Step 4: You will be sent an invoice for the first lesson payment, if everyone is happy to continue after the first lesson, you will be booked into a regular time slot.

Step 5: Lewis will work with you towards your musical goals…. get ready to wow your friends and family!

The Teacher

With over 15 years of experience teaching beginner, intermediate and advanced piano, Lewis is passionate about helping beginners and enthusiastic pianists to develop their skills. Lewis is a patient and calm teacher that aims to make every lesson fun, entertaining and enjoyable for all age groups.

From young beginners to adults looking to follow a new hobby with little to no experience, lessons with Lewis are set to help you learn while taking the pressure off hitting the right key the first time. Lewis will work with you to develop your knowledge, making you feel comfortable with your skills before moving onto the next stage.

Lesson Policies

The Nitty-Gritty

  • Lessons will be charged monthly based on the number of lessons scheduled that month.
  • No makeups or reschedules will be possible once the month has started due to travel logistics.
  • Lewis will wait up to 15 minutes into the agreed timeslot if the student is not home. All lessons will end at the agreed time regardless of starting late unless Lewis is running late due to traffic, in which case the full lesson time will be given.
  • Books will be purchased as needed and billed at the next lesson.
  • 1-month notice will be required to leave.
  • Lewis must be notified before the start of any month of any weeks you will not be attending that month to ensure they are not billed.
  • If a lesson has to be canceled by Lewis for any reason, a credit will be applied to the next invoice.
  • Lesson Prices:
    • £28 for a 30-minute lesson
    • £52 for a 1-hour lesson
    • In addition to the lesson fees, there will be a per-visit travel fee based on your home postcode. This fee will be agreed upon before commencing lessons and can be seen here.
